ANDARU NISEKO
Andaru Niseko is a luxury Ainu-style home collection that blends the culture and heritage of Japanese village living, set against the magnificent backdrop of Mount Yotei and within the natural beauty of Niseko Forest, Hokkaido, Japan.
The inspiration for the 11 villas comes from Ainu housing. The wooden construction designed by renowned architects Koichi Ishiguro.
Each villa enjoys a personalized butler service to cater to your every wish, and you also have a choice of F&B facilities within the one-hectare compound as well as the luxury of a private indoor and outdoor yuya.
The villas overlook a central garden and pond offering a tranquility that can only be found amidst Hokkaido’s incredible natural scenery, affirming the true meaning of Andaru.

The shared club lounge is the ideal place to mingle with villa guests over a drink by the fire and be waited on by your dedicated butler service. Retreat to your own two-storey villa for family time in a home away from home, complete with all the modern amenities you need in a spacious yet cozy interior design. You have a choice of single cabin, 2 bedrooms villa or 3 bedrooms villa, each complete with living room and kitchen.
If cooking is not in your plans while on holiday, Andaru Niseko’s on-site two-storey restaurant serves local, Italian and international cuisine for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and supper for your ultimate dining convenience. Each floor offers its own dining experience from basement dining, to our renowned, signature, 60-seaters Ultimo Italian restaurant, to an open kitchen concept on the mezzanine floor. You can order room service anytime night and day, with light meals offered after restaurant operating hours.
YUYA
What would a stay in Japan be without the incredibly therapeutic experience of a traditional Japanese hot spring bath or yuya. Andaru Niseko brings you the best of both worlds – your choice of an indoor and outdoor yuya located conveniently across from the club lounge.
